A British scientist (Peter Cushing) returns from an expedition to New Guinea, where he discovered the skeleton of a creature he believes to be an ancient and supremely evil being. When he discovers that water on the bones causes flesh to begin growing on the creature, he uses the tissue to create a serum that he hopes will prevent his daughter from succumbing to the same madness that consumed his late wife. But when the scientist's brother (Christopher Lee), who runs an insane asylum, steals the skeleton for his own research, it becomes very apparent that the creature's remains should have been left alone.DVD Features:Region 1Keep CaseWidescreen - 1.85Audio: Dolby Digital Stereo - English
